Acreditación

  1. Lineamientos e Información General

A continuación, se establecen los lineamientos e información necesaria para los medios de comunicación acerca del proceso de acreditación para los II FISU America Games.

Por protocolo, las acreditaciones para medios de comunicación se otorgarán por “Única vez”. La solicitud de acreditación deberá ser a través del siguiente formulario:.

Acredítate aquí 

  • El formulario deberá ser completado a más tardar cinco días antes a la fecha concerniente al evento. No se aceptarán solicitudes de acreditación después de la fecha límite.
  • En el formulario deberá aceptar el Reglamento para Prensa de los II FISU America Games y se compromete a acatarlo en todo momento, así como la carta responsiva sobre el buen estado de salud libre de síntomas y COVID 19 de cada uno de los elementos acreditados.

Una vez que envíe su solicitud recibirá un correo automático en la dirección de correo que registró su correo. Este correo solo ratifica la recepción de su registro. No es una confirmación de su acreditación.

Las acreditaciones por medio u organización serán limitadas y evaluadas a consideración de la Coordinación de Comunicación Social de los II FISU America Games.

Hay dos tipos de acreditación: virtual y presencial.

  • Si su acreditación virtual es aprobada recibirá un correo con los detalles de la carpeta virtual para acceder al material.
  • Si su acreditación presencial es aprobada recibirá un correo con los detalles para recoger su gafete que se les otorgará para el evento en el Centro de Información (MIC) ubicado en . Será indispensable que la persona a acreditar presente un documento de identidad oficial vigente (INE, Pasaporte, Licencia de conducir) para recoger su acreditación.
  • El acceso a la cancha aplicará solamente para fotógrafos/as con equipo fotográfico profesional.
  • Reporteras y reporteros de televisión o radio, así como camarógrafas y camarógrafos de medios que no tengan los derechos de transmisión del partido NO tendrán acceso a esta zona. De igual forma, se deberá portar en todo momento el gafete de prensa.
  • Zona mixta: Se estarán informando las sedes que contarán con esta área.

Importante:

El Consejo Nacional del Deporte de la Educación A.C. (CONDDE) y la Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán (UADY) se reservan el derecho de analizar el posicionamiento del medio, la calidad de sus contenidos y tiraje de publicaciones. En el caso de medios digitales, se evaluará la antigüedad del dominio y el impacto que éste genere, para otorgar las acreditaciones de prensa.

Las acreditaciones para fan pages, blogs y cuentas de redes sociales que trabajen de manera independiente serán evaluadas según la calidad de sus contenidos y el impacto medible que logren generar en su espacio virtual. De igual manera, CONDDE y la UADY se reservan el derecho de verificar y certificar la existencia de los medios solicitantes.

La acreditación de prensa será personal e intransferible y solamente se entregará a la persona interesada.

  1. Responsabilidades de la persona representante del medio acreditado
  •  Las acreditaciones de prensa son intransferibles. El mal uso causará la suspensión de las mismas, retirando a las personas de las instalaciones.
  • La entrega de la acreditación de prensa se realiza para facilitar a los medios de comunicación el cumplimiento de su labor; por tal motivo, no está permitido solicitar el acceso a acompañantes.
  • Los medios de comunicación deberán portar el gafete de acreditación de modo visible durante su estancia en las instalaciones deportivas. El portar la acreditación compromete al medio a cumplir el reglamento interno.
  • Cualquier situación o caso extraordinario no previsto en el presente documento será evaluado y resuelto por la Coordinación de Comunicación Social de los II FISU America Games.
